Microsoft has confirmed that the wireless steering wheel, which they announced for Xbox 360 during E3, will retail for £45 when it releases in the UK.

The peripheral isn't designed to work with Kinect, as Microsoft want it to be used by serious racers on products such as Forza 4, which will launch around the same time.

The benefit of this peripheral is that it doesn't have a bad you need to lug around. It comes with a full range of haptic feedback options and when it releases in the US, will cost $60.
