In a rather unexpected announcement, Nintendo have unveiled WiiU, a new system/controller/accessory/something-or-rather for the Nintendo Wii and more.
The controller has a huge touch screen in the middle, complete with the usual d-pad, face buttons and twin analog sticks. Nintendo's given it the ability to do just about anything, from continuing your Wii game on the WiiU, using it for different camera angles, etc.
What's odd is that we aren't entirely sure if this is Project Cafe. While Nintendo seems content on pimping the device out as an extension to the Wii, third party developers and publishers are saying that there is a new system and controller.
We'll have more information throughout the week, so stay tuned for that.
