Nothing beats a real, physical map that you can hold in your hands, marking out your destinations, looking through your compass and locating quest locations. Ahh, survival skills at its finest. As such, Bethesda's tossing in a real map of Skyrim for anyone that pre-orders Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
It's not just a map of Skyrim printed on cheap-ass paper either. It's of "premium" quality apparently and that suggests to us it may well be printed on a piece of canvas. Exploring the lands of Skyrim is going to be epic.
In the mean time, you can check out our preview of the game. We caught up with the Skyrim team and Todd Howard, who showed us some pretty slick mechanics and random encounters with dragons.
Skyrim's out on November 11, 2011 on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
