Amidst the upgraded HD visuals and all that transfarring jargon, the whole Metal Gear Solid HD Collection has been confirmed to run at a silky smooth 60 frames per second. Hideo Kojima previousl confirmed that Snake Eater would also run at the increased frame rate.

Hideo Kojima's been busy hinting at the upgraded feature mostly for Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker HD, alongside screenshots: "60 frames per second in HD... it's the best! Say peace!" KP's Jiroo Tsubuyaki also confirmed the doubled frame rate in another tweet.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater originally ran at 30FPS due to the jungle environment, while Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty already ran at 60FPS on the PS2. Peace Walker is the final title to join the framerate revolution, making the entire HD Collection one silky smooth experience.
