Nintendo has been served with yet another lawsuit, this time concerning the glasses-less 3D tech that's fitted on every 3DS, enabling most users to enjoy 3D visuals without the need for psychedelic eyewear.

Nintendo's 3DS screen allegedly infringes on patents filed by Tomita Technologies back in 2003 that detailed a "stereoscopic image picking up and display system based upon optical axes cross-point information."

"Nintendo's America's infringement of the '664 patent has been, and continues to be, willful," claims the complaint by Tomita, who has stated to have suffered damages "in an amount not yet determined." The firm wants a trial by jury and is presently awaiting a decision from the courts.
