Namco Bandai have released a trailer for Soul Calibur V which debuted at this year's Gamescom event in Germany. The trailer focuses on the gameplay as well as showing off a few character taunts along the way. Very exciting, but also expected.
Despite the new game being set almost twenty years after the fourth installment, the game sees a lot of the old cast return. Though some fresh faces have been featured already, the latest trailer shows little more than characters we've seen many times before.
The only new character that Namco Bandai seem interested in showing off is Patrokolos, the son of Sophitia Alexandra, a former playable character in the series.
Soul Calibur will be released in 2012 though no details on an exact date.
