NIS America have announced four new titles, including the localization of Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2 for the PS3 and Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention for the PlayStation Vita!
Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2 is the sequel to to Hyperdimension Neptunia, featuring a brand new free-roaming battle system, streamlined combos and an item synthesis system. Developed by Idea Factory, the first game was a quirky JRPG set in the world of Gamindustri where the story takes a satirical stand to this generation's console war. Neptunia Mk2 is scheduled for a Spring 2012 release on the PS3.
Next up is Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention, a re-release for the PlayStation Vita of the cult-classic strategy game. The game was previously confirmed as a PSVita launch title in Japan and will ship with all released DLC alongside brand new scenarios and two new characters. It's out in the West in Spring 2012 as well.
Still coming on the back of Disgaea 3 for the PSVita, NIS America have also revealed the Android release of Disgaea will be making its way overseas this Fall. Disgaea: Netherworld Unbound builds on the first game's battle system and whacky storyline. Fans can build up their experience by purchasing even more characters, items and more. The game will be available for purchase through GMO Gamecenter USA.
Last, but not least, is Acquire's Clan of Champions, a "hardcore multiplayer action game" from the developers of the Tenchu series. Players can hook up in both online competitive and co-op as they vie to become the champion of champions. In addition, the game features an in-depth customization system that affects not just your looks, but stats as well. Clan of Champions will employ a weapon mastery system where the more you use a certain weapon, the more proficient you become with it. This one's out on most major systems, including PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, in Spring 2012.
