Square Enix has confirmed that a new DLC pack for the recently released Deus Ex: Human Revolution will be available for download this October.

The new DLC entitled "The Missing Link" was unveiled via a post on Square Enix blog on Tuesday. In its post Square Enix clarified that the DLC will include a number of supplementary missions designed to fill in several blanks in the main game's story.

"The Missing Link takes place during the later stages of the game's main story and fills in a three-day section when... Well, we don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't finished the game yet. Those of you who have finished will no doubt know what we're referring to," said Square Enix.

Past its vague description the company didn't clarify what the new additions would be, stating that they are "not ready to reveal everything about The Missing Link yet." The publisher is expected to release further details pertaining to the DLC's exact release date later this month.
