Nintendo has confirmed it will be releasing a new blue version of its soon to be outdated Wii console for the London 2012 Olympic Games alongside one of its major games for the holiday season.
In its statement Nintendo confirmed the new blue Wii bundle will be launched across Europe on November 18. The new bundle will reportedly contain a newly made blue Wii console and a copy of Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Though not clarified in Nintendo's release, it is likely the bundle's controllers will also be the blue Wii Remote Plus units Nintendo already sells worldwide. Nintendo has since clarified that its new Olympic blue pack is the first of many new Wii bundles to be announced this autumn.
