Assassin's Creed: Revelations To Have First Person Mode Missions

Assassin's Creed: Revelations designer Falco Poiker has announced that certain missions will be from a first-person perspective.

For now, Poiker has revealed that these missions will be during segments of play where you're controlling Desmond. However, he will be unconscious and trapped in the Animus. Poiker described these portions of the game as strange and 'Dali-esque'. They will reveal a lot more of Desmond's backstory like what his life was like before all of this.

Poiker added, "He's trapped in his own mind. Our best comparison is Inception - Desmond is in a dreamland, but is able to access Ezio's memories. Ezio in turn then goes and accesses Altaïr's memories."

The designer also revealed that there will be a character who you will interact with inside the Animus. Whether or not this is Subject 16 has yet to be revealed, but we'll just have to wait till Assassin's Creed: Revelations hits stores November 15th.
