Now that the Zelda series has had its taste of motion controls, Nintendo will continue to use them on future Zelda titles. Yes, Miyomoto got scoffed at during E3 last year, when the Wii Remote's MotionPlus wasn't working correctly. He placed the blame on cell phones and WiFi. So, it was only our instinct to be concerned about Skyward Sword's gameplay using the motion controls.
However, when playing the game, the player will notice the accuracy and how precise the actions are, compared to the player's movements.
Eiji Aonuma, Legend Of Zelda producer, told Official Nintendo Magazine that he cannot see the future titles going back now.
"I honestly think we cannot go back to button controls now, so I think that these controls will be used in future Zelda titles, too."
Of course Nintendo will want to utilize the types of controls they offer on their systems with first-party titles. That's pretty much a given. However, now fans are left to wonder how they will incorporate the Wii U's controller into a Zelda game.
