Mass Effect 3 action figures to be released later this year are set to include DLC codes for their video game counterpart. The codes themselves will be used to unlock additional content for Mass Effect 3's multiplayer mode but will only be available in North America.
Bioware's own online store has included a brief description of the figures which can be bought separately or as a pack of four.
In regards to the DLC content, the description states, "These products contain codes that can be redeemed for a downloadable content pack for Mass Effect 3 multi-player. They are slightly randomized during the registration and could include powerful new weapons and new characters. The pack could also include character boosters, weapon modifications, and weapon upgrades to make your multi-player squad stronger. (Only supported on XBox360 and PC.)"
The figures can be pre-ordered now for their April/May release this year from participating retailers.
