Namco Bandai has announced that Inversion, its gravity-based third person shooter, won't be making its February release date.
The shooter was supposed to launch on the 10th of February in Europe, with a North American release happening on the 7th of February. However, it will now release at some point during "early 2012."
"This additional development time will allow the team to polish several key aspects of the game ensuring Inversion is of the highest quality," added a spokesperson from Namco Bandai.
We recently did a feature on the potential plight of Inversion, due to it being crowded out by so many other high-profile releases at the same time. Hopefully this additional time will allow the developers to tighten the game up.
