EA has announced that the first piece of downloadable content for Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning will be arriving on the 20th of March. It will be called The Legend of Dead Kel.
The DLC pack will unlock a new island in the world called Gallows End, which is so large that it will add approximately 15 pecent extra land to the game's world.
There will also be plenty for gamers to do, with new housing estates being unlocked. There's also a new quest line in The Legend of Dead Kel, as well as some new weapons for you to experiment with. The big draw may well be the new dungeon, which has been dubbed Dverga Fastings.
Pricing hasn't been announced yet for the pack, but it will release for the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade and PC platforms.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning released last month off the back of plenty of hype due to the people associated with the project. It delivered on quite a lot of the promise too, as we award it an 8/10, which is high praise in a genre that also includes games like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
