Submissions are now open for IndieCade 2012, this year's festival of independent games. Indie devs and artists are encouraged to submit their works, even if they are still works-in-progress, especially so actually.
"Our mission is to spotlight the best cutting-edge work and the most innovative game designs -- often thriving at the fringes of the game industry," said IndieCade CEO Stephanie Barish. "Our goal is to bring public as well as industry attention to exciting, innovative games, created by independent developers."
IndieCade will showcase selected games during the festival, which is scheduled for October 4 to October 7 this year. Finalists will be given two tickets for the festival with access to the awards celebrations and all VIP events. All participants that submit a game will get a main festival pass and an invite to IndieXchange, a one-day event with workshops, networking opportunities and meetings with leading publishers and funders.
