Earlier this month we posted some screenshots of XSEED Games's upcoming PlayStation Vita title Sumioni: Demon Arts. Today we have more screenshots and new information about the various bosses players will face on their journey.
In Sumioni: Demon Arts, players are given control of Agura on his quest to destroy Seimei and save Japan. Along the way platforms, strings of fire and jets of water can be drawn into existence at will on the PS Vita's touchscreen, and Agura's two Inkgod companions can each be summoned to perform massive, screen-filling attacks.
One enemy in the game is the Pagoda which is located at the end of many of the game's various stages. Their weapons can range from normal archers to even retractable saw blades and drills, requiring players to keep their wits while attacking them. Other enemies such as evil eyeballs which spew flames and ogres who use their sheer strength to pummel their opponents await the player on their journey.
XSEED Games will be releasing Sumioni: Demon Arts exclusively on the PlayStation Vita sometime this Spring, with more information to be revealed in the coming months.
