Blizzard has announced the long-awaited release date for Diablo III, their upcoming action RPG which fans have been waiting desperately to play.
The game has been in development for quite some time, but Blizzard's CEO and co-founder Mike Morhaime is confident it will be worth the wait:
"After many years of hard work by our development team and months of beta testing by hundreds of thousands of dedicated players around the world, we're now in the homestretch.
"We look forward to putting the final polish on Diablo III over the next two months and delivering the ultimate action-RPG experience to gamers worldwide starting on May 15."
The game will come with a suggested retail price of £44.99 whether you buy the boxed version, or the digital copy. Like all Blizzard games, it will also be available on PC and Mac.
