Bethesda has released Skyrim patch 1.5.26 in beta form for those who're playing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on the PC - it will specifically address issues that patch 1.5 is having with plugins.
Due to the nature of the PC version of the game, there are tons of different plugins that users can install to make their experience a bit more unique to them. However, some of these were causing the game to crash randomly due to the recent patch.
The patch is also said to fix some issues which have been arising due to the implementation of the new kill camera on ranged kills and first-person kills. This beta patch will also fix a weird bug where the sun would disappear after fast travelling.
When it comes to the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game, patch 1.5 is still being assessed by Sony and Microsoft. It will add many of the features that PC gamers are already enjoying, such as the kill moves and improved game optimisation. There are also quite a few quests which have been annoying continuity bugs fixed.
Hopefully the release of the patch on the PC should give Bethesda some clues as to what it fixes/breaks, before it's released to the masses who're playing the game on the home consoles.
