The court case that was supposed to take place between the co-founders of Activision and Infinity Ward early next month has been delayed.
Activision had requested the date be bumped back for reasons unknown. Co-founders Jason West and Vince Zampella took on Activision after being fired in March 2010. The two were supposed to receive royalty payments following the launch of Modern Warfare 2.
In April 2011, they tacked on fraud charges; one of which was dismissed by a judge in March. They are also hoping to gain co-ownership of the Modern Warfare brand in order for them to have the right to do with the franchise as they please whether it's creating newer titles or re-releasing old ones.
The case has been delayed until the 29th of May.
