Grand Theft Auto V will be very different from any other game in the series for many reasons. One of the biggest new features is the game's three characters you can play as. Rockstar Games has now released three new trailers for each character in GTAV.

The three main characters in GTAV are Michael, Franklin, and Trevor. Each trailer may not be that long, but when they are all strung together, it is defiantly going to help that wait for September 17th. If you don't know much about any of these character, we will tell you all there is to know about them below.

Michael use to rob banks and after getting out of the game has actually been able to start a whole new life. Now after getting married, starting a family, and having his money sucked dry through his family Michael is feeling the itch to get back into the criminal life he use to live. He is also in some form of Witness Protection thanks to some of his federal friends.

Franklin is a young gangbanger who is looking to make money without slinging dope and get out of the environment he was raised in. He soon runs into Michael somehow and joins up with him as they work together to pull off big time heists. Where as Michael is what happens after most GTA games end, Franklin is more of your average character from past games. The biggest difference this time is his has Michael as a mentor of sorts.

Lastly, Trevor is the wild card of the group. He use to work with Michael before he got out of the game. Trevor didn't end up with mansions and ended up as your usual trailer trash psycho. When Trevor gets in town, he soon unites with Michael and Franklin. While nobody seems to be happy that Trevor is returning into Michael's life, he is still a key member of this trio.

You will be able to play as all three of these characters and switch between them while you play through the game. GTAV will also be the largest world map that Rockstar games has ever had in any of their other games. For fans of the PS2 GTA3 games, Rockstar has also stated that the PS2 universe of GTA character and HD GTA universe are different worlds. This means anyone expecting to see CJ or even Tommy Vercetti shouldn't get their hopes up at all.

Hope you enjoy these new trailers because Rockstar tends to not attend E3 and this will more than likely be the last time we hear about GTAV before the launch comes closer.
