Gran Turismo 6 was officially announced earlier this week for the PS3, but Polyphony Digital's CEO has refused to rule out an appearance on the PS4 too.
When speaking at the game's unveiling at Silverstone, Kazunori Yamauchi said "We actually do have a PlayStation 4 version in mind."
According to the racing game veteran, the plan is to create a solid racing experience for the holiday season. It will come supported with new content and downloadable content every month. There will also be strong updates. Yamauchi hopes that once all of this has been provided that "if the PlayStation 4 version just came out naturally in the progress, I think that's the best scenario."
Gran Turismo 6 is scheduled to release this holiday season. For now, it will be releasing on the PS3 only.
