Japan Gets Exclusive Luigi-Themed 3DS XL

Well, it's official. Japan gets the best stuff. After already announcing a new design for both the 3DS and 3DS XL, Japan will now be getting a spiffy 3DS XL based off of the iconic sidekick, Luigi.

Releasing July 18, this new system is stamped all over with Luigis of all shades of green. The system, which will cost around 22,800 yen, will also include a memory card pre-loaded with Mario & Luigi: Dream Team.

Though the system's design may be a tad feminine for the male gamers, Nintendo is definitely living up to their claim that is the year of Luigi.
