2013 marks the 45th Anniversary of Weekly Shounen Jump and with that Namco Bandai is making a game celebrating some of the magazines best manga series over the years. J-Stars Victory Vs. is a 3D arena fighting game for PS3 and Vita.

J-Stars is very similar to the Japan only DS game Jump Super Stars, by letting you control a popular character from a manga featured in Shounen Jump. However this time, the fight will be in 3D and seems to already have a wide array of fighters covering many different generations of manga.

So far Monkey D. Luffy, Naruto Uzumaki, Goku, Ichigo Kurosaki, Kenshin Himura, Toriko, Gintoki Sakata, and the classic manga cop Kankichi Ryoutsu are all of the games confirmed fighters with more to come sooner to release.

There are all sorts of classic character that have the potential of being included on the games roster, but now we need to see if Namco Bandai could ever release this game in the West. After miraculously getting Project X Zone to release last month, anything is possible. Who would you like to see added onto J-Star's character list? Let us know what you think in the comments below and don't feel bad about dropping some fanboy/girl knowledge as well.
