After Namco Bandai announced at Japan Expo 2013 that Tales of Symphonia Chronicles HD would feature dual audio, it was revealed today that Tales of Xillia 2 will be released in the West.
Tales of Xillia 2 takes place one year after the events of the original Tales of Xillia. The sequel features an improved battle system which allows the player to switch between different weapon styles at-will during battle. Another feature added this time around was the player's choices during specific cutscenes affecting the outcome of the events in real-time, similar to how Square Enix did in Final Fantasy XIII-2.
No release date was confirmed, outside of a general TBA 2014 release for North America and Europe, but with Tales of Symphonia: Chronicle's release during the late Winter/Spring period, Tales of Xillia 2 will most likely be released in Summer 2014.
