Back at E3, Microsoft announced Project Spark, which is essentially a game maker within a game that will allow you to create your own world, similar to Little Big Planet. Today at Gamescom, Microsoft revealed that the Project Spark's beta for Windows 8 in October, with the Xbox one's beta starting in January 2014.
Although Kinect integration was previously promised, Microsoft detailed today how it all works together with the Xbox One. During the presentation Microsoft's Team Dakota group showed how to use facial capture, body motion capture and voice and sound to create animations, dialogue, cutscenes and more.
