In the Daily Life of High School Boys Tadakuni, Hidenori, and Yoshitake all attend an all-boys academy called Sanada North High School. The story revolves around their daily lives as students.

Looking for events such winning the basketball tournament or finding true love? You won't find any of that here. Whether it's sparking random arguments while hanging out with friends, meeting that one weird co-worker at a part-time job, or even letting imaginations run wild on a windy afternoon, we've all experienced the show's ordinary but true-to-life themes at one point or another.

This premium edition comes with 2 Blu-ray disks containing 12 episodes and a 32 page hardcover artbook all packed together in colorful hardcover slipcase. The artbook has detailed character bios, school "guidelines" based on the episodes and full color artwork. The bonus section on the Blu-ray disks contains the clean opening and ending, bonus scenes, and Japanese commercials.

Each of the episodes are perfectly fast-paced as they bounce from one amusing scenario to the next shifting the focus between one the three main characters and the supporting cast. Most of the best mini-stories focus on the Sanada North High student council, which is made up of four guys who seem to be your typical delinquents but in reality they are very kind and well-mannered.

While the title suggests that this anime is only about high school boys, the girls also make an occasional appearance in the form of the main characters' sisters. They are a rival student council prez, a shy literature girl looking for material for her amateur novels, and the so called Funky High School Girls, the female version of the high school boys who have their own segment at the end of each episode. There are tons of over the top moments that carry the comedy along and will sure to keep you laughing all the way through.

This 12 episode anime is available from the NIS America Store now for $51.99. Stay tuned for our coverage of YURUYURI season 1.
