Namco Bandai has announced that next entry in the Dragon Ball Z series, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z, will be available in Europe on the 24th of January, arriving at North America 4 days later, on the 28th of January. In addition, the publisher also revealed that a demo for the game will be available this December on PlayStation Network and Xbox Marketplace.
With the game featuring team-based combat with up to 8 players, cooperative battles up to 4 players, over 70 playable characters, character customization, amazing presentation, and more, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z promises to be on the best entries in the series. Although it's unknown how many and which arcs will be included in the game, we do know that the game's story mode will be split in 60 missions and it will begin at the Saiyan arc.
Namco Bandai also revealed that the demo will feature both single player and online campaign. While no details regarding the demo's content were revealed, Namco Bandai confirmed that your progress in the demo will be saved and carried over to the full version of the game.
