Super Mario 3D World was scheduled to be released in December, but Nintendo has confirmed at Nintendo Direct that the game will be releasing earlier than expected. Super Mario 3D World will be released on the 22nd of November in North America, and on the 29th of November in Europe.
Super Mario 3D World will include a multiplayer mode for up to 4 players, with players being able to play as Mario, Luigi, Peach or Toad. The game will also feature new power-ups such as the ability to transform into cats, allowing players to scratch enemies and climb walls.
In addition, Nintendo also revealed two new Wii Remote Plus controllers, which will be released on the 8th of November. Players will be able to chose between the red Mario-themed controller and a green Luigi-themed controller.
