Square Enix has announced via the Playstation Blog a few details regarding the Playstation Vita version of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD. For starters, they put to rest the fear of any delays hitting the portable version. Instead, the Vita version will launch along-side the PS3 version on March 18th in North America.

The other bit of information covered how the Vita version would be distributed. For anyone looking for digital versions, it will be available on the PSN store for purchase as a bundle for $39.99. Neither game can be bought separately. Also to note, the PS3 and Vita versions of the game do not support cross buy.

For those looking for a physical version of the Vita game, you're partially in luck. Final Fantasy X/X-2 will be available at retail for $39.99. However the box will only contain a cartridge of FFX along with a voucher code to download FFX-2. So get some space ready on your memory cards!

The post also went on to detailing the Collector's Edition that will only be available for the Playstation 3 version of the game. The box will retail at $79.99 exclusively on the Square Enix store. The box will contain the game as well as an artbook, soundtrack, and five lithographs.

The soundtrack is listed as a 6 hour long blu-ray visual music disk that plays music along with pictures of the game. The artbook on the other hand is a hard bound 40 page book containing art from both FFX and FFX-2.

Square Enix has finally revealed its cards for the release of Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster. Are you looking to pick up the Vita, PS3, or Collector's edition? Let us know in the comments!
