Few days ago we reported that a UK teenager had paid £450 for a photo of an Xbox One, with eBay making sure that he received a full refund from the seller. However, the story didn't end here, with the teenager receiving an Xbox One from retailer CeX for free.

Peter Clatworthy had saved money in order to offer the Xbox One to his four-year-old son, however Clatworthy ended up with a photo of the console instead. Luckily for Clatworthy, this story would indeed have a happy ending, thanks to the generosity of retailer CeX, that decided to offer the console to Clatworthy after reading his story on the internet.

"I'm just overwhelmed by the reaction to the story. All I wanted was a refund. I cannot believe this," said Clatworthy. "This shows there are some nice, kind people out there and it's really overwhelming. I can't thank them enough. I've had other people contact me to say they have been stung too but not reported it. I don't think I'll be shopping online anymore."

"I think McKenzie is going to be over the moon. this is the thing he said to me that he really wanted. I can't wait to see his face, it'll be a picture."
