Konami has announced that Silent Hill: Origins and Silent Hill: Shattered Memories are going to be released for the PS Vita. Although no specific release date was revealed, Konami did state that the titles are headed for Sony's portable "soon".
Silent Hill: Origins was released for PSP in 2007, and served as a prequel to the first game, where players would take control of Travis Grady. Silent Hill: Shattered Memories was released for PSP, PS2 and Wii, and was considered one of the best titles in the series, featuring the original Silent Hill game re-imagined with a few gameplay changes, with players taking the role of Harry Mason.
Silent Hill: Origins and Silent Hill: Shattered Memories will be available for £7.99/€9,95 each. At the moment, both titles have only been confirmed for Europe, no word yet for North America.
