Yesterday we had reported that Soul Calibur: Lost Swords was now available on PS3, however Namco Bandai announced at the last minute that the title had suffered another delay. Namco Bandai has stated that is working hard to solve a technical issue and release the title as soon as possible.
"There is currently a technical issue that has delayed the launch of the game and we have been working through this issue all through last night and today to expedite the launch of Soulcalibur: Lost Swords. We have discovered that the issue requires a resolution across multiple parties and therefore our efforts to remedy the issue is taking longer than anticipated," said Namco Bandai via Facebook.
Soul Calibur: Lost Swords will focus on single player gameplay, with online funcionalities only being used for players to upload their characters so that they can join your friends' teams as NPC. The game will be available as a free-to-play title.
