Re Logic's 2D sandbox game Terraria will be getting a massive update for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita and the Xbox 360 on the 17th of April, announced the developer via the game's official forums.
The update which was previously released on the PC version back in October last year, will be more or less the same, except for a few console specific updates. The new update will include big fixes, eight new NPCs, four new bosses, 100 new enemies and 1000 new items, just to name a few in what is a very large list which can be found here.
This gives players a huge amount of content to go through while the team works on Terraria 2, which was announced last September. The title will be coming out on multiple platforms except for the Nintendo 3DS due to system restrictions.
