Ubisoft has announced today that Assassin's Creed Unity has been delayed 2 weeks. The game will now launch in North America on the 11th of November and in Europe on the 13th of November.
According to Ubisoft, the delay was necessary in order to allow the development team to deliver a quality experience that meets fans' expectations. "As we got close to the finish, we realised we were near the target but still needed a bit more time to hone some of the details to make sure Assassin's Creed Unity is exceptional. We sincerely appreciate players' commitment to the game and their patience. It's just a couple more weeks. And it's going to be worth it," said Vincent Pontbriand, senior producer at Ubisoft.
In addition, the game will also receive a Day 1 patch, which Ubisoft states that it will bring even more improvements to the game.
