Sony has announced today the release date for PlayStation Vita's action RPG, Freedom Wars. The game will be available on 28th of October in North America, on the 29th of October in Europe, and on the 31st of October in UK and Ireland.
Along with the release date of the title, Sony also revealed that by pre-ordering the game from participating retailers players will be offered with the same pre-order DLC as the original Japanene release. These include an in-game costume and sticker set, upgraded starter weapons and a medical supply set. Those that purchase the digital version of the game before the 11th of November will also receive these pre-order bonuses.
Freedom Wars' plot is set 100,000 years in the future, where planet Earth can barely support live anymore, and the number of humans and resources has diminished significantly. Due to this, the human race was forced to live in Panopticons, underground cities that offer protection and minimal conditions to live. The player is tasked with fightning giant monsters called Abductors and protect the Panopticons and its civilians.
Freedow Wars will be available for $29.99/â‚¬29.99/£24.99.
