Sony has announced that Killzone: Shadow Fall Intercept, the cooperative mode expansion released for the title, is now available for PS4 players as a standalone title. This means that players can purchase and play the expansion without owning Killzone: Shadow Fall.
This cooperative mode up to four players allows gamers to chose between four different classes: Marksman, Tactician, Medic and Assault. Each class has its own benefits and detriments, which will be crucial to the achieve success at the end of each round. However, Intercept doesn't just focus on survival. While fighting against waves of Helghast, players will have different objectives each round, which can go from survival to overtake beacons.
Intercept features 4 different maps, but Guerrila Games has already confirmed that additional maps will be added for free in the future.
