Persona 4 Arena Ultimax releases next week in North America, so in anticipation of its release Atlus has released a new character trailer for the DLC combatant Margaret along with the company's official unboxing video for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game.
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax takes place after the events of the original Persona 4 Arena and includes some familiar faces from Persona 3 as well as the mysterious new antagonist Sho. It includes the same modes as the original alongside some additions like the new "Golden Arena" mode.
The "Sadistic Stud-Keeping Secretary of the Velvet Room", Margaret uses her Grimoire de Coeur that contains her three personas, Cu Chulainn, Yoshitsune, and Ardha in battle. She isn't included with the "FreeDLC" incentive and will be released on October 7 for $4.99. Note that this same day Atlus will be reverting the free Marie and Adachi DLC to paid status for the same pricing.
Above is Atlus's official unboxing video for the game. All first-print run editions of the game on both platforms will include Set 1 of the Persona-themed tarot cards and a inflatable Teddie bop bag. As far as the future DLC pricing goes, here is the official list:
Complete P4A Story: $9.99
Glasses Packs: $1.99 each, or $5.99 full set
Additional Colors: $1.99 each, or $5.99 full set
Navigator Voices: $2.99 each, various set prices. Yosuke, Teddie, Aigis, Nanako, Mitsuru, Adachi, and Fuuka will be available Sept. 30, rest of the cast available on Oct. 7.
Atlus also stated that there will be some more DLC in the future yet-to-be-announced, so when we hear more information about that we'll let you know. Persona 4 Arena Ultimax will be released on September 30 in North America for $59.99 on the PS3 and Xbox 360. Europe will have the game released sometime in November by SEGA, although the exact release date has yet to be determined.
