After being released earlier last month in digital format, Minecraft: Xbox One Edition is now getting a disc release. Microsoft announced today that the game will be available at retailers on the 18th of November.

At the moment, Microsoft only confirmed the game's retail release in North America, but it will most likely be available in Europe around the same time as well. The Xbox One version of Minecraft features a world that's 36 times bigger than the one present on the Xbox 360 version of the game. Players that own the Xbox 360 version can upgrade to the Xbox One version for $4.99.

Minecraft: Xbox One Edition will be available for $19.99. Meanwhile, Minecraft: PS4 Edition launches on the 3rd of October in Europe and on the 7th of October in North America.
