Microsoft started off with one of the most promising titles on Xbox One, Halo 5: Guardians. After showing a trailer focusing on the game's single player and story, 343 Industries proceeded to show a new multiplayer mode for Halo 5.
Entitled Warzone, this new mode will allow matches up to 24 players and sees two teams fighting against each other. But players won't just fight against each other, as there will be several AI controlled enemies thrown into the mix. This mode will also feature ground and air vehicles.
According to the developer, each playable map for this mode will be four times bigger than any other multiplayer maps featured in previous Halo titles. Warzone is considered by the developer"more ambitious than anything ever introduced in Halo, combining the best elements of Halo gameplay into one, gigantic multiplayer mode."
Halo 5: Guardians will launch worldwide on the 27th of October.
