The story of Dragon Age: Inquisition is not over, with the producer announcing during PAX Prime 2015 that a story DLC called Trespasser will be released next week. Unfortunately, just like Electronic Arts had previously stated, this DLC will skip the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions.
The story of Trespassar takes place two years after the events of the main game, with the world in danger due to the Qunari threat. In order to save the world once again, the player must reunite its team and put an end to this threat. According to Bioware, a completed save file is required to play this story.
"It's something we haven't tried before. Trespasser tells an entirely new story, set two years after the main game. The story explores what it's like to be a world-saving organization when the world no longer needs saving," said creative director Mike Laidlaw. The director also explains that players will "ultimately decide the fate of the Inquisition you worked so hard to build. It might just contain hints about the future of Thedas, too."
The Trespasser Story DLC releases on the 8th of September on PS4, Xbox One and PC. A price for this DLC has not been announced.
