After recently being extended to today, the Rainbow Six Siege Beta has once again been extended, Ubisoft has announced. The beta will now run until Sunday, October 4th.
According to Ubisoft, the beta was extended because of the beta's technical problems with the game's matchmaking, which prevented several players from joining matches. To further compensate fans for all the trouble, players will earn double XP starting tomorrow, allowing them to unlock additional operators, attachments and skins. Ubisoft will also be sending additional keys so that players can invite their friends to join the beta.
"Thank you again for your participation, your patience, and your support. We appreciate your collaboration with us in this testing period, and know that your input helps us improve the experience for all in the finished product. The Rainbow Six community has always been very important to us, and we look forward to being with you all long after launch as we continue to support and iterate on the game," said Ubisoft.
Rainbow Six Siege releases on the 1st of December on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
