The multiplayer of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End was shown for the first time at Paris Games Week. The trailer gives an idea of what the multiplayer of the game will look like, as well as the many changes and additions that will feature in comparision to the previous titles.
Naughty Dog has explained that players can expected the multiplayer component to have the usual "teamwork, over-the-top action-adventure, and detailed, gameplay rich environments," but with the addition of new elements. Some of these new elements include Sidekicks, Mysticals, and the Grappling Hook.
When you are in trouble, you can call in your friendly AI-controlled Sidekick to help you, which can help turn the tide of a battle with its special abilities. Mysticals are super natural abilities, which Uncharted fans will recognize from previous titles, that give players unique powers. Finally, the Grappling Hook can be used in several spots around each map and to take out enemies.
