Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released, via IGN, new 4K gameplay footage of Middle-earth: Shadow of War. Narrated by Michael de Plater, VP of Creative at Monolith Productions, the video shows off the human city of Minas Ithil.
Set between the events of "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings", Middle-earth: Shadow of War continues the original narrative of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. Players will be engrossed in a richer, more personal and expansive world full of epic heroes and villains, iconic locations, original enemy types, even more personalities and a new cast of characters with untold stories.
Middle-earth: Shadow of War releases for PS4, Xbox One and PC, on the 22th of August in North America and on the 25th of August in Europe. The game will be an Xbox Play Anywhere title, which means that players can purchase a digital version of Middle-earth: Shadow of War once and play it on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. A Project Scorpio version of the game is also in development.
